Top Tips

  • Grind red lentils to powder, add as a thickener to soups and stews. (Learned at demo)
  • Mill seeds to enrich bread flour
     Mill other things (like the lentils) to enrich the bread flour

  • Once the dough has been tipped out, put the bowl back and give it a quick buzz, This will flick the remaining dough off the blades.  This might work for buttermaking too  (Learned at demo)
